Terms & Conditions for Remote Quotes
We understand that you may be out of the area or simply prefer not to have a face-to-face consultation. Nonetheless, to provide you with an accurate and fair quote, the following terms apply:
- Colour & Finish Accuracy: Digital images of vinyl may differ from in-person. Elite Wrapz cannot be held responsible for differences due to screen settings or lighting.
- Samples: Physical samples available at £1 each plus £5 postage, deducted from your final invoice if you proceed.
- Measurements: Clients must provide accurate measurements. Errors may incur additional costs.
- Communication: Clients agree to cooperate in providing details via phone, messages, or email. Lack of communication may cause delays.
- Quote Validity: Remote quotes are based on supplied info. Discrepancies found on-site may result in extra charges.
- Surface Condition & Repairs: Without a site visit, we cannot confirm repairs. Issues may affect cost and time.
- Deposit & Booking: A deposit is required to secure your booking. By proceeding, you accept these terms.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after deposit may result in forfeiture. Rescheduling may affect availability.
- Limitations of Remote Quotes: Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing may adjust if hidden damage or access issues are found.
- Client Responsibility: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and accessible. Delays from unprepared sites may incur charges.
